1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the pkr345 online betting and casino platform ("Platform", "pkr345", "we", "us", "our") and all related services provided through the website located at https://pkr345.cam and its associated subdomains.

pkr345 is operated as an international online gambling and sports betting platform. It is not licensed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users access this platform as an international service and do so subject to the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

1. You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;

4. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on pkr345, a User must continuously satisfy all of the following conditions:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and applicable regulatory authorities may be notified.

Being 18 years old does not, by itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Age eligibility is a minimum platform requirement and does not confer legal authorisation to gamble under Pakistani law.

4.2 Jurisdiction

Users must not register or use the Platform if doing so would violate the laws of their jurisdiction. pkr345 reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to users from any jurisdiction without prior notice, particularly where local law expressly prohibits online gambling. Access from Pakistan is provided as an international service and does not imply any endorsement or authorisation from Pakistani authorities.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts by the same person — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances, subject to investigation.

4.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal use only. You may not use your Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party. You may not allow any third party to access your Account or use your credentials.

4.5 Mental Capacity

Users must be of full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction. Individuals who lack legal capacity due to mental health conditions, court orders or other legal restrictions are not eligible to hold an Account.

5. Account Registration

5.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and such other details as the registration process requires. Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must use a strong, unique password for your pkr345 Account and must not share your credentials with any third party. pkr345 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5.3 Account Currency

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. The display of PKR does not imply a locally licensed financial product or a direct partnership with any Pakistani bank or payment service provider. Actual transaction processing is subject to the operator's payment infrastructure and applicable exchange rates where relevant.

5.4 Account Verification

pkr345 reserves the right to require identity and age verification at any point — including during registration, prior to first withdrawal, or upon any account activity that triggers review under AML or fraud-prevention protocols. Failure to complete required verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Users may fund their Accounts using payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Payment methods and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Users should verify available methods directly in the cashier before initiating a transfer.

Payment services including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced throughout this platform for educational context only. pkr345 makes no representation that any specific Pakistani payment provider endorses, supports or permits gambling transactions. 6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonuses; (c) the withdrawal method matching the name on the Account; and (d) the Account being in good standing with no open investigations.

pkr345 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Processing times depend on the selected method, operator workload, banking processing cycles and any verification requirements. No claims of guaranteed same-day or next-day processing are made.

6.3 Currency and Exchange

Where currency conversion is necessary due to platform infrastructure, conversion rates applied are those available at the time of the transaction. pkr345 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or any difference between displayed PKR amounts and final settled amounts in other currencies.

7. Bonus & Promotions Terms

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback and other promotional offers made available through pkr345 are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, contribution percentages and expiry period for each bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms.

As a general illustrative example only: a bonus of PKR 1,000 subject to a 20x wagering requirement would require PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established. These figures are illustrative — always refer to current promotion terms for live offer details.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

Where a maximum bet restriction applies during active bonus play, placing a single bet in excess of the stated maximum may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit for each promotion is published in the specific promotion terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse and Fraudulent Claims

pkr345 reserves the right to withhold, void or recover any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any behaviour designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotional offer. Bonus abuse may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

7.5 Illustrative Nature of Published Figures

Any PKR amounts, bonus figures, tier thresholds or reward values described on this Platform that are not confirmed as current live operator data are clearly illustrative examples only. Users should verify current, live promotional details in the Promotions section of their account before opting into any offer.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets are placed at the User's sole discretion and risk. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User, except where the Platform's specific rules for a given market permit cancellation or cash-out.

8.2 Odds and Market Integrity

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. pkr345 reserves the right to correct manifestly erroneous odds — odds that are materially and obviously incorrect due to technical error — and to void bets placed at such odds following investigation.

8.3 Sporting Events — Pakistan Cricket and PSL

Betting markets for Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 franchise matches, ICC tournaments, and other covered sporting events are available subject to live operator scheduling and odds-feed availability. The inclusion of a sporting event or market does not guarantee that it will remain available until its natural conclusion. Events may be suspended or voided due to abandonment, postponement, technical failure or integrity concerns, in accordance with the market-specific rules applicable to that event.

8.4 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered subject to live feed availability. pkr345 accepts no liability for bets placed based on delayed or incorrect live data feeds. Users should verify current match status and odds independently before placing in-play wagers.

8.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are published within each betting market and are subject to change. pkr345 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at any time without prior notice, particularly where patterns of play raise integrity or risk-management concerns.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr345 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform simultaneously;
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or in breach of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to defraud the Platform or other players;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or staking strategies designed to extract bonus value in a manner contrary to the promotion's intended purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly unlawful and where you have acknowledged this restriction;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or Platform support staff.

10. KYC & Identity Verification

10.1 Verification Obligations

pkr345 is obligated to conduct identity and age verification on all Account holders as part of its anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and fraud-prevention obligations. Users consent to these checks as a condition of Account registration and ongoing use.

10.2 Documents Required

Verification documents typically required may include, but are not limited to:

• Identity: A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport with a legible photograph and personal details;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document confirming your residential address, where required;
• Liveness Check: A real-time selfie or liveness verification photograph as instructed by the verification system;
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the payment method used is registered in the same name as the Account holder.

10.3 Document Integrity

Users must submit only genuine, unaltered, valid documents. Submitting falsified, altered, expired or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence under applicable law and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to applicable authorities.

10.4 Secure Submission

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the official, HTTPS-secured verification portal provided within your pkr345 Account. Do not send sensitive identity documents via email, unencrypted chat or third-party messaging applications. pkr345 accepts no liability for documents transmitted through insecure channels.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the pkr345 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game content provided by third-party studios, and compilation of content — is the intellectual property of pkr345 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation of any Platform content;
• Reverse engineering, decompilation or extraction of any software or proprietary technology;
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform without express written consent;
• Using the pkr345 brand name, logo or trademarks without prior written authorisation.

Third-party game content available through the Platform is licensed from game studios and providers. RTP, game mechanics and certification details are the responsibility of the respective studios and are described in individual game help screens.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 No Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr345 makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. We do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, technical interruptions, security vulnerabilities or data loss.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr345 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of winnings (other than those directly resulting from a confirmed accepted bet), loss of data, or any other economic loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

12.3 Gambling Losses

pkr345 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Users. Gambling involves inherent risk and all wagers are placed at the User's sole discretion and risk. The Platform does not guarantee any return on any wager. Past performance, published RTP figures or illustrative win examples do not guarantee future results.

12.4 Third-Party Content and Links

pkr345 may reference third-party services, game providers or payment services for educational or operational purposes. We accept no liability for the acts, omissions, policies or content of third parties, including payment service providers, game studios or external organisations.

13. Account Termination and Suspension

13.1 Termination by pkr345

pkr345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions or payment irregularities;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements applicable to the operator;
• Determination that access from a User's jurisdiction poses an unacceptable legal or regulatory risk to the Platform.

13.2 Termination by User

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are subject to the resolution of any pending bets, outstanding verification requirements and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions. 13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure or termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any available balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to these Terms, provided there is no outstanding investigation, fraud concern or regulatory hold. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure unless specifically stated otherwise.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr345 holds its operational licence, as may be updated from time to time. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

14.2 Pakistan Legal Context

Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and applicable provincial legislation may affect the legal status of online gambling for users based in Pakistan. These Terms do not override, supersede or affect the application of Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan access this Platform as an international service, and questions of legality under Pakistani law are outside the scope of this operator's jurisdiction and legal framework.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should contact pkr345 Support at [email protected] in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the dispute resolution process applicable under the operator's licensing regime.

Users may also have access to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available in their own jurisdiction, independent of this Platform. Nothing in these Terms restricts a User's right to access such mechanisms under mandatory applicable law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pkr345 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Where a material change is made to these Terms that significantly affects User rights or obligations, pkr345 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through Platform notifications or email communication to registered Users.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.

It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon request to [email protected].
